Shipping

• How long does delivery take?
  It takes 2–4 business days for us to hand-inspect and prepare your order. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or VAT fees upon arrival.

Orders

• Can I change my order after it's placed?
  We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please email us at celestialaromas8@gmail.com within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing your order. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
• How do I track my package?
  Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can click that link anytime to see the real-time status of your delivery.

Returns

• What is your return window?
  We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is unopened and in its original sealed polybag.
• Do I have to pay for return shipping?
  If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

• How do I find the right size?
  Our car fresheners are designed to be a universal fit for all vehicles. They come with an adjustable hanging string so you can position them perfectly on your rearview mirror or in your preferred space.
• Are your materials sustainably sourced?
  We take pride in our process! Our fresheners use high-quality fragrance oils and materials that are hand-poured and inspected for safety and quality. 
• What is the typical lifespan of the product?
  On average, our product typically last at least 2 months and often longer based on individual expierences which may vary due to care and usage.
