Welcome to Celestial Aromas! We’re excited to freshen up your ride with our premium car air fresheners. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain fragrance materials may face restrictions in some countries due to import regulations. If your order cannot be shipped, we’ll contact you promptly for a resolution or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days at celestialaromas8@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

International Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
